We’ve had a great experience every single time with customer service and warehouse staff and the movers are careful and efficient. Oh! My! Goodness! First time using this company to move and I (as well as my sister) are in love! From the moment you call until the last item is moved, the staff is so kind and helpful. I spoke to Sarah and Sheila and both were so informative and answered all the questions that I had. They even eased the concern I was feeling as someone who was using a moving company for the first time. They alone were the reason I picked this company. Then, Jay and William came to move my belongings and it was seamless! They were so fast and coordinated as well as so polite and kind the entire time! Let me not forget patient! Aneeta, the coordinator that I spoke to first was amazing throughout the entire process. My movers Kim and Steve were outstanding! They were professional, arrived earlier than the start time, to insure a smooth start. They then had a consultation with me and off they went... very courteous and respectful and moved fast, always communicating. These guys worked very hard with a smile on their faces! I HIGHLY recommend Olde World Movers in Frisco and I WILL use them again.

I have used Olde World Movers several times in the past, and would use them again! Scheduling was easy as I worked with someone that was knowledgeable and clearly understood the delicate nature of this particular move. Jonathan and his team (Dean and Kym) did a top notch job when it came to actually moving my mother’s antique dining room furniture to my home. The furniture was extremely large and heavy — and built with a lot of glass. They handled the entire move with great professionalism and care. Honestly, Olde World Movers was amazing from the moment I contacted them!!! Thank you!!!

We moved from Euless to Fort Worth Saturday and these guys were awesome!! They arrived early in the morning as scheduled and were super efficient and knowledgeable about how items should be packed. Unfortunately it was super hot, but they still got the job done quicker than we would have! They even gave ideas on where we should place furniture! This was our first time using movers and would totally book with them again!!

We cannot recommend Olde World highly enough. We worked with Shane Harris, Sheila Knighten, and our moving day crew was Kim, Charles, Stephen, Edgar, Jonathan and Charleston - EACH one of them were professional, responsive, and great to work with - just really nice people, too. My two guys that helped me move Mason and James were great. Kept my informed on everything.I had to leave for a bit, but when I came back they had upstairs completed. I was gone for 1hr 20 min if that.Very professional and nice guys. James is amazing with computer, he explained what I needed to do that I understood. I was setting up my work/home system while they were putting my things inside my new place.I had A LOT of boxes. The guys set them were they needed to be.Mason (adorable) helpful and help figure best place to put things in my main bed room. My guys were fast and really professional. I hope I don't have to move again, but it if I do definitely will use them again💚

Had Armando, Joshua, and Charles move us. Efficient, Quick, and Friendly! They had to take our stuff down two flights of stairs, then up another two. Had to get a crate for our TV, and the guy for that did a great job too. Nothing is damaged, and they kept everything relatively clean. Thanks ya’ll!
